To cite our history would require a book-length novel, however, The National Organization to End Pet Overpopulation is just as its name implies:  An organization to end pet overpopulation.  Other organizations divide their resources among a variety of animal-related causes.  NOPO places its total emphasis on one issue:  PET OVERPOPULATION.

NOPO is listed with the Internal Revenue Services as a 501©3 non-profit organization.
